Simon came into real estate with a background as a teacher and School Principal, having dedicated fifteen years in the classroom helping students from Primary through to Secondary School level to flourish and succeed. Strong skills of facilitation, communication and negotiation enabled Simon to turn a school’s poor performance around into producing great results. Simon has even assisted great schools to achieve even more. Children, families and communities have greatly benefited from Simon’s expertise.

After teaching, Simon was placed in the role of Regional Sales Manager for Auckland with a successful sales and marketing company and attained the top position for selling in the time that he was there. People have often commented about Simon’s professional and friendly manner, and have been well pleased with what Simon has achieved for them. Selling is second-nature to Simon. In gaining these top sales results, Simon had learned to listen very carefully to the customer’s needs and requirements and had both met and exceeded these expectations.
